The purpose of both these talks was to inform and inspire others to include in their work the idea that they might innovate in ways that have value to the marketplace.Objectives
1. Describe the process of discovery, development and implementation of a revolutionary innovation in cardiothoracic surgery2. Discuss personal experience with the invention and dissemination of new products.
