Alexia Eslan, MBA

As Project Manager at JSI, Alexia Eslan manages a variety of projects, including the HIV Prevention Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) Program funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, for which she provides technical assistance, including organizing Institutes and Youth Health summits, and oversees regional project activities to improve the ability of community-based organizations, community planning groups and health departments to implement, adapt and evlauate HIV prevention evidence-based interventions on behavioral change. Ms. Eslan's experience at JSI includes developing a Medical Home and Chronic Care Management model for a network of community-based organizations in the Denver metro area of Colorado; implementing a statewide HIV prevention and treatment needs assessment for the State of Wyoming; and data analysis and editing for the National Health Service Corps Uniform Data System (NHSC UDS).
